The combination of herbs in this tonic aim to help tone the skin by stimulating the protective aspects of the skin.  Sometimes a problem may occur with a horse’s skin due to a problem with bedding, diet, pollens etc.  A good way of finding out what is causing a problem is through a process of elimination.  This tonic aims to help with any itching, soreness and assist to heal lumps and bumps.

• Paeonia - has calming properties to help soothe the skin.
• Globe Artichoke - aids poor liver function and is protective and stimulating.
• Devils Claw - for its anti-inflammatory qualities.
• Echinacea - as an immune system booster.
• Clivers - to aid the skin to stimulate its natural protective barrier.
• Licorice - which acts alongside the Devils Claw in being an anti-inflammatory aid and also has anti-irritant traits.
