Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Items are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

New Zealand Orders

Orders shipped to a New Zealand address are delivered via FastWay Couriers, and will usually arrive overnight or within 1 - 2 days of being shipped.

Shipping rates start at $6.50 + GST.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via New Zealand Post and usual delivery time is 5 - 10 days.

Australia: from $10.00
Europe: from $17.50
USA: from $15.00

Returns

No returns will be accepted for "change of mind" purchases.

Only un-opened items are eligible for return. Items must be returned at purchaser's cost and items may be exchanged for a product(s) of similar value.

Returns must be arranged prior to sending goods.
